SCHEDULES:

We conduct more than 200 classes per year. Any third party class vouchers from Groupon, Living Social, Amazon, AAA and other sites may have an expiration date. "Regardless of any expiration date listed on your voucher, Glassique will honor and accept all vouchers as if there were NO Expiration Date." Your schedule is our priority. Come when it is convenient.

 Intermediate Stained Glass Classes:

Learn the professional's art pattern techniques, leaded glass processes and fabricate your very own stained glass panel. This Class is 2 module/classes of 3 plus hours each after an initial pattern creation appointment. You are free to design your own art. There may be a small glass charge depending on what you dream up. Studio time, tools and supplies are all included. Price:$165.00

                 GLASS FUSING AND SLUMPING TRAINING CLASSES

Introduction to Fusing Classes:

Learn the basics of making fused glass.  Create several beautiful pieces (the average is 8), in this 2 module Class. Each student will make some pendants, earings, pins  and magnetic art in module 1. Module 2 will be polishing, cleaning and applying the chosen findings to the individual items. Module 2 can be scheduled at any time when the studio is open.  Price: $125.00

We had an introductory class with several 9 year old girls participating. The above jewelry

was created by them. Pretty cool, huh?

Advanced Fusing Classes:

Glassique's Advanced Fusing Classes cover techniques in cutting, slumping and draping of glass to make candle holders, small dish items, votive holders or hanging wall vases. You will also learn about the firing process and cold working. Module 1 is devoted to creating the item of choice. Module 2 is to do any cold work after firing. Price: $185.00 and includes all material costs excluding molds and frames.

                            GLASS MOSAIC TRAINING CLASSES

  INTRODUCTION TO GLASS MOSAICS:

  INTERMEDIATE GLASS MOSAICS:

 We have a variety of Intermediate mosaic classes.

1. ADDRESS BLOCKS: are 12" x 5" on tile. You can bring brass numbers or porcelain tiles to show the numbers or use our glass to set off the numbers in this timeless mosaic. Price: $165

2. STEPPING STONES: are approx. 12" round or square or you can purchase various molds of butterflys, ovals, rectangles or use regular bricks. Price: $165

3. 3 DIMENSIONAL VASES: which are supplied by the instructor for a nominal fee are for the purpose of learning vertical and eliptical positioning of mosaic materials. All materials,

 tools and studio time is included except where noted: Price: $165

  Beginning and Intermediate Mosaics is divided into two modules. Module 1 - Creating the Mosaic and Module 2 - Grouting the Mosaic. Intermediate Classes may require a third session at no additional charge.

  ADVANCED CLASSES:

Our Advanced Classes include a variety of different kinds of Mosaic tecniques. Each Advaced Class is generally a multi module class ranging in length from 3 modules to 6 modules depending on the complexity of the medium and patterns to be employed. Each Advanced Class is priced according to the length of  time of the particular class. They are priced on the Class Schedule.

                          This is an example of what our students will create in our

                           unique "Pictorial Tile Mosaic Class". Using Italian tiles

                           allows our students to blend the many hues to create

                           such a lifelike mosaic.

 MOSAIC  TRAINING CLASS SCHEDULE:

                                          Below is one of our begining one-on-one students completed projects. This 17

                                          year old made this beautiful panel for his Senior High Project.

You can now be taught any of the above elements from beginner to advanced in  one-on-one individualized training sessions, or a single-technique group session.

Our intensive method of teaching is the best way for you to learn.  You are not obligated to buy any tools or equipment; we provide everything you'll need. You simply pay for your instructors' time, glass supplies and learn at your own pace. The result of this training is both more efficient and more economical in terms of your time and your money. Total Price is $360.00

  WHAT DO YOU WANT TO LEARN?

 The above picture is a panel made by a beginning student. The process is a 2-3 hour session to draw the pattern and select glass. The next session is approximately 4 to 5 hours, during which you begin fabricating your glass. The next sessions are scheduled for your convenience. You learn at your own pace. Total cost of training is $360.00 plus material costs. This panel is one of two she wanted to make for actual windows in her home.
